Skinless Chicken (legs, thighs, breast)
1 onion chopped
1 cup celery chopped
Mixture of peppers chopped
2 cups sliced mushrooms
2 cloves garlic minced
Oregano
Basil
Worcestershire sauce
Thyme
Parsley
Cooked spaghetti
Italian spice
Large tomato sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté vegetables, add large can of tomatoes with Italian spice, tomato sauce, and Worcestershire sauce.
Add oregano, basil, thyme and parsley to taste. Add chicken pieces and cook for 1 – 1 ˝ hours. Serve over spaghetti.
