Starter:
1 c. flour
1 c. water
½ to 1 pkg. yeast in pint jar
Let stand in jar overnight.

2 ½ c. flour
2 c. water (room temp.)
2 eggs
2 tbsp. salad oil
2 tbsp. sugar
¼ c. dry milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda

Directions:
In large bowl pour starter & add flour, water, and mix well. Cover and put in cool oven overnight. Next morning, take out 1 cup to keep starter & put in refrigerator.
To remainder in bowl- add eggs, salad oil, sugar, dry milk, salt, baking soda. Mix all together & let rest while skillet heats.

Waffles- add 4 tbsp. salad oil instead of 2.

To pass on- work up & take out 2 cups. Keep I cup for your starter & give one away. Make rest into pancakes.
