20 Ritz crackers, crushed
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. pecans, chopped
3 egg whites, beaten
1 t. vanilla
8 oz. coconut
1/2 stick butter, melted
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Mix crackers, nuts, coconut and 1/2 c. brown sugar. Set aside. Whip egg whites until stiff, add sugar and vanilla. Mix all together with melted butter. Pour into a pie plate and bake for 30 minutes.
