1 cup Bisquick
1/4 cup water
1 pound ground chuck
1 package taco seasoning
1/2 cup sour cream
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 medium tomatoes. sliced
1/2 cup green pepper
1/4 cup onion
paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350
Mix Bisquick and water
Spread evenly over bottom of pan
Cook ground chuck and taco seasoning - drain
Spread over crust
Mix sour cream and mayonnaise and set aside
Sprinkle onion and green pepper over crust
Place tomato over onion and peppers
spread sour cream and mayonnaise over tomato - layer evenly
Sprinkle cheddar cheese over top
Sprinkle with paprika
Bake until edges of hot dish are bubbly - about 30-45 minutes
