2 PKG Frozen mixed veggie's
1/2 cup Boiling Warter
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup Flour
1 1/2 cup Scalded milk
1/2 cup Grated cheddar cheese
3/4 TSP Salt
1/4 TSP Black pepper
1/2 cup Chopped green onions
1/2 cup Sliced Pimento

Directions:
Directions:
Bring frozen veg to a boil, cover and simmer for 5 min
melt butter and blend in flour. Cook for a min or so. Gradually stir in milk and simmer until smooth and thickens.Mix in vegie, onion and pimento. Spread into a buttered casserole
Bake at 350 for 30 min or until bubbly.

I did not use mixed vegie's bags. I selected what I wanted in there. I personally hate lima beans.
