2 c. Whole Milk
2 c. Heavy Cream
1 1/2 c. Sugar
1 T. Vanilla
1/4 t. Salt
1 jar of Marshmallow Cream
1/2 bag of Dark Chocolate Chips
1 pkg of Graham Crackers crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the milk, cream, sugar, vanilla, and salt in an oven proof bowl. Spread marshmallow cream in an aluminum tin. Pour chocolate chips in an oven proof pan. Place the ice cream ingredients, marshmallow cream, and chocolate chips in the smoker at 150º. After an hour, remove ice cream mix and pour into the ice cream maker. Begin making the ice cream. Leave the chocolate and marshmallows in the smoker until the ice cream is ready (about another hour). When the ice cream is done pour in the Graham Crackers, marshmallow cream, and chocolate. Swirl together and freeze overnight if you can wait that long.
