2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tsp white sugar
1 tsp cinnamon, divided

Directions:
Start by cutting the apple into very thin slices, peeling the apple is optional. Next, put the apple slices into a microwave-safe mug. It's best to use a large rounded-bottom mug. Then, add the white sugar and half of the cinnamon. Put your hand over the top of the mug, and shake to coat apples with the cinnamon and sugar. In a separate bowl, melt the butter. Then add the oats, brown sugar, flour and the other half of the cinnamon to the butter. Mix until well combined. Put all of the oatmeal mixture on top of the apples in the mug. DO NOT MIX OATMEAL IN WITH APPLES, leave on top. Bake in microwave on high for 90 seconds. Serve immediately.

Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. My sister Nataleigh asks me to make this for her every time she is home. A quick and easy dessert when you need something sweet.
