2 grapefruit
4 oranges

Cover with water, boil, low heat, drain. Do this 3 times.

Cool peels. Cut into strips.

1 ½ c. sugar
¾ c. water
Bring to boil to dissolve sugar. Add peels, cook med to low heat.

Directions:
Directions:
Stir occasionally 20-25 min. or until peels are translucent.

Drain while cooling.

Cool 20 min. Roll in sugar. Put on wire rack for several hours or overnight. Or dry in food dehydrator.
