2 Cups Flour
4 Eggs
1 Cup Sugar
1 1/2 Cups Milk

****(This is a double recipe)****

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together & fry on a hot buttered griddle until brown on both sides.

You have to use almost as much milk as flour. The consistency needs to be slightly runny like a crepe.

Won't bubble like regular pancakes. Just fry until brown on each side.
OPTIONAL: Daddy used to occasionally add a slice of apple to the center while frying.
