1 Small Head of Green Cabbage
1 Vidallia Onion
Salt & Pepper
1/2 Butter Melted
1 cup Mayonnaise
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup

Topping
1 Stick of Melted Butter
1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 Sleeve crushed Ritz Crackers

Directions:

Casserole
Roughly cut up a head of cabbage. Layer in casserole dish.
Chopped up onion and layer it over cabbage.
Sprinkle with salt & pepper.

In a bowl mix the can of soup, mayo & cheese. Spread mixture over the top.

Crust
Crush up a sleeve of Ritz in a bowl, pour melted butter over crackers and the shredded cheese. Mix together and spread over the top of the casserole.

Bake 350 at bake for 45 minutes or until top is golden brown.
