Milk
Shredded Mexican cheddar cheese (Jack and Cheddar)
Salt

In a saute pan add:
Rue:
2 TBS of butter melted in pan
Add 2 TBS of Wondera flour
Stir until this becomes a paste

Add 1-1/2 cups of milk
Add 2 cups of shredded Mexican cheese.
Add Pinch of Salt
Splash of Chola Sauce

Stir constantly until mixture bubbles and thickens.
