1 package of corn tortillas
1 Gallon of Canola Oil
Kosher Salt

Directions:

Cut corn tortillas into quarters.

Place on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes @ 200º for 10 minutes, turning half-way through.

Fry in small batches at 350º. (Use temp thermometer) and place on baking pan lined with a paper towel.

Sprinkle with Kosher salt.
