1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 tablespoons lime juice
4 garlic cloves, peeled and smashed
1 1/2 teaspoons smoked paprika
1 teaspoon sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, trimmed and pounded to 1/2-inch thickness
1 Onion, julienne cut
1 avocado, cut into slices
Sour Cream

1. FOR THE CHICKEN: Whisk 1 tablespoon oil, lime juice, garlic, paprika, sugar, 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp cumin, pepper, and cayenne (if desired) together in bowl. Add chicken and toss to coat. Cover and let stand at room temperature for at least 30 minutes or up to 60 minutes
2. Meanwhile, light the grill with three burners on High and one on low. Wait 10 minutes for grill to fully heat.
3. In a grill basket, add onions and cook over high burners until they begin to soften. Move to low burner
4. Remove chicken from marinade and wipe off excess. Grill chicken on high side until bottom is well charred, about 4 minutes. Turn burner to low and flip chicken. Cook until chicken is done, 3 to 4 more minutes
5. Turn all burners to low, warm tortillas on grill.
6. Remove onions, chicken and tortillas from grill and serve with avocados, sour cream and shredded cheese.
