½ cup brown sugar
½ cup peanut butter
½ butter, softened
1 large egg
1¼ cup all-purpose flour
¾ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt

Filling:
½ cup peanut butter
½ cup powdered sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375º. Beat ½ cup granulated sugar, brown sugar, ½ cup peanut butter, butter, and egg in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed, or mix with spoon. Stir in flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. In a separate bowl, mix filling ingredients until well-blended (it will be very stiff). Shape roughly 1 Tablespoon cookie dough into a bowl. Fill with approximately ½ teaspoon filling mix and close dough around filling. Place on cookie sheet and press with fork or cookie stamp. Bake 8 minutes.
