Corn on the Cob, freshly husked
Mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. Cut individual pieces of foil for each ear of corn. Rub each ear of corn with mayonnaise so that it is completely coated. Sprinkle with a small amount of freshly ground sea salt. Wrap each ear and place on a cookie sheet. Roast in the oven for 45 minutes, carefully open the foil on each ear and roast an additional 5 minutes. You may add about 5 minutes more if you like a little golden brown. Remove from oven, add butter and salt. Enjoy!
