1 package (2¼ oz) active dry yeast
1 teaspoon honey
1 cup warm water (105-115º)
3 cups flour
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 Tablespoon olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast and honey in ¼ cup warm water. Allow to proof. Combine flour and salt in mixer with dough hook. Add oil, yeast mixture and ¾ cup water. Mix on low speed until dough comes cleanly away from sides of bowl. Turn out onto floured surface and knead 2-3 minutes. Cover with a clean, damp cloth and rest 30 minutes. Work dough by pulling down sides and tucking under bottom (4-5 times). Cover with damp towel and rest 15 minutes. Preheat oven to 450º with pizza stone inside. Dip dough into flour and shake off excess. Stretch or roll on a lightly floured surface into a round. Place on preheated stone and add toppings.
