1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 dash Tabasco sauce
2" long squirt of anchovy paste
1/2 teaspoon Grey Poupon mustard
1/3 cup olive oil
3 cloves garlic, crushed
juice of 1/2 lemon or 1-1/2 Tablespoons Real Lemon
1 egg, beaten
Salt & pepper
Croutons
Romaine lettuce
Parmesan cheese, shaved or grated

Directions:
Directions:
Begin by washing and drying Romaine. Sprinkle Parmesan over dry lettuce leaves.

Mix the remaining ingredients and pour over Romaine lettuce. Add croutons and toss.

(A few crushed croutons may be added to the bowl before assembling the ingredients for the dressing.) The dressing will keep in the refrigerator for day or 2.
