8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
¼ cup unsalted butter, room temperature
3 cups powdered sugar, sifted (or less depending on sweetness desired
½ - 1 teaspoon ground cardamom
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and butter until light and creamy. Mix in powdered sugr one cup at a time until you reach the desired consistency and sweetness. stir in ½ teaspoon cardamom and vanilla. Add additional cardamom to taste.
