400ml Water
200g Flour
1 bunch Green Onions (Chopped)
1tsp. Dashi Powder
6g Bonito Flakes
¼lb Pork (thinly shredded or ground)

Vegetable or canola oil

Soy Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.

2. Heat the oil in a skillet. (more the merrier)

3. Take a lade full of the mixture, and pour it into a hot skillet.

4. Cook both sides like a pancake until brown. (Pat it thin for better texture.)

5. Place the pancake on a plate, and pour some soy sauce.
