Rhubarb Mixture:
4 c cut up rhubarb
1 1/2 c sugar
3 to 4 T cornstarch mixed with 1/4 c water
1 tsp baking soda
1 T red flavored and red colored jello
Crust:
1 c butter
1 1/2 c rolled oats
1 1/2 c flour
1 c brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Rhubarb mixture: Mix rhubarb, sugar cornstarch mixture, baking soda and jello. Bring to a boil. Cook 7 to 10 minutes.
Crust:Combine oats, flour and sugar together. Cut butter into oat mixture until crumbly. Put 1/2 mixture in 9 x 13 pan. Pour rhubarb mixture over crust. Top with remaining crumb mixture. Bake in 375º oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
