2 c flour
1 c sugar
1 T baking powder
1 1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 eggs beaten
1 c sour cream
1/4 c melted butter
1 c finely chopped apples
Topping:
1/4 c sugar
1/4 tsp cinnamon
3 T flour
2 T butter soften
Directions:
Directions:
In small bowl, combine eggs, sour cream and melted butter. In large bowel, combine dry ingredients. Add egg mixture to dry ingredients and mix thoroughly. Add chopped apples and stir just until moistened. Fill well greased muffin tins or paper liners two-thirds full. Combine topping ingredients and sprinkle on top of muffin batter. Bake at 375º for 20 to 25 minutes
