2 c. sour cream
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
32 oz. frozen hash browns
2 small onions, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
6 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 c. shredded cheese, divided

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all except 1 c. cheese; put in greased 9x13 pan; chill overnight. Top with cheese; bake 40 minutes at 350.
