1-1/2 cups milk (I use 2%, my girlfriend uses 1 cup heavy cream and 1/2 cup milk. I like
just milk)
4 eggs
Salt & pepper, to taste
Minced garlic, to taste
4-5 cups of shredded cheese, cheddar, mexican mix, or mozzarella are fine
1 cup fresh broccoli, cut fine
1 cup fresh mushrooms, cut fine
Bacon bits
1 can French's Crispy Fried Onions
Green onions, sliced (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Lightly spray pie plate with non-stick cooking spray. Preheat oven to 350º.

Fill the pie plate with half the cheese. Add broccoli, mushrooms, bacon bits, green onions. Top with remainder of cheese. In a separate bowl, mix eggs, milk, salt, pepper and garlic. Pour over the top of cheese and veggies. Top with the French's Onions.

Bake for 45-60 minutes - check it after 45 minutes.

"You can use any veggies you like in place of the mushrooms and broccoli. My girlfriend uses frozen veggies like spinach (but squeeze out the liquid first). Same with the cheese, use whatever kind you like and have on hand."
