1/2 cup wine vinegar
1/2 cup salad oil
1/4 cup olive oil
2 garlic cloves, crushed (not minced)
2 to 3 T lemon juice
1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp salt
Directions:
Directions:
Slowly combine vinegar with oils.

Add lemon juice.

Put crushed cloves of garlic on toothpicks.

Add oregano, salt and pepper.

Put in refrigerator.

Remove garlic before serving.

Makes 1 cup.
