1 lbs. round steak
salt and pepper
dash of flour
1 onion
2 or 3 T butter
1/4 cup chicken broth/bouillon
1 T Worcestershire sauce
1 cup sour cream
chopped parsley
10 mushrooms
1/4 tsp thyme

Directions:
Directions:
Slice the meat into very thin little bits and mix with salt and pepper and flour.

Chop onion into fine pieces and saute in saucepan in 2 1/2 T butter.

Add the bits of meat and fry together. Add 1/4 cup chicken bouillon, 1 T Worcestershire sauce, and 1 cup sour cream.

Mix well and cook slowly until deep yellow-brown, but do not keep on the stove long enough to dry the sauce.

Cut 10 mushrooms into small pieces and brown in butter.

Mix mushrooms with other mixture and sprinkle with chopped parsley.

Serve with rice.
