12 oz white bread, cubed
1 tbsp dried sage, crumbled
1/4 tsp pepper
2 tsp poultry seasoning
1/4 c chopped fresh parsley
1 1/2 tbsp oleo or butter
2 lg onions, chopped ( 2 cups)
1 1/2 c chopped celery
8 oz pork sausage
2 small tart aples cored and chopped (2 cups)
3/4 c chopped pecans
1 c chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Cook onions and celery in butter stirring occasionally 5-7 minutes. Add to bread and seasoning mix. In same skillet cook sausage until brown, breaking up chunks with fork. Remove with slotted spoon and add to bread. Add apples and pecans, Toss to mix. Stir in broth until blended
