6-8 Peaches, cut up
2 c. sugar
2 ½ T. cornstarch
1 cup flour
1 tsp. baking soda
¼ cup melted butter
2 large eggs - whites

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375º. Mix peaches, 1 c. sugar and cornstarch. Spread in baking dish. Make crust by mixing flour, sugar, baking soda and butter. Fold in fluffy egg whites. Pour mixture over peaches and bake until bubbly and crust is brown, about 35 minutes.
