4 to 6 c shopped rhubarb
3 T sugar
1/2 pkg mini-marshmallows
1 box vanilla cake mix (I've used a yellow cake mix too)
1/2 c margarine melted
Directions:
Directions:
Grease 9 x 13 cake pan. Layer with rhubarb pieces. Sprinkle sugar over rhubarb.
Spread marshmallows over rhubarb. Sprinkle cake mix evenly over mixture. Pour melted margarine over mixture. Bake at 350 degrees oven for 30 t0 40 minutes or until lightly brown or bubbly.
