Syrup:
3 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups water
2 tablespoons Lemon juice
Filling:
1 pound blanched almonds, pistachios, or walnuts
1/4 cups sugar
1 pound (about 24 sheets) phyllo dough
About 1 cup (2 sticks) melted butter/ clarified

Directions:
Directions:
Cut phyllo into three long sections. Butter entire piece, sprinkle on nut mixture, roll onto dowel and squeeze end together. Place in tray.

Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes, then reduce to 325 for 10 minutes.
Pour cold syrup onto hot baklava and let it soak for 4-5hours.
Place in foil lined cupcake wrappers.
