2 c crushed pretzels
1/2 c granulated sugar
3/4 c margarin softened
1-8oz pkg cream cheese, softened
1 c scant granulated sugar
1 9oz tub whipped topping
1-6 oz or 2-3 oz boxes strawberry gelatin
1 pkg knox gelatin, optional (sets up firmer)
1 c boiling water
2-10 oz frozen strawberries ( put in refrigerator when I start making this receipe so they are slightly thawed when you get to this step)

Turn oven to 350 degree. Mix crushed pretzels, 1/2 c sugar margarine together. Press mixture very lightly into a greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake 10 minutes. Cool.
Combine cream cheese, 1 c cant sugar and whipped topping. Spread over cooled baked pretzels. Dissolve gelatins in boiling water. Add frozen strawberries. When 75% congealed, put on top of previous layer. Refrigerate several hours or overnight before serving. I also sprinkle a few crushed pretzels on top before serving.
