7 eggs

¼ cup non-fat plain Greek yogurt

4 slices of Appleton center cut bacon (cooked until crisp and then crumbled)

¼ cup reduced fat mozzarella cheese

cooked broccoli

cooked mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
1. Whisk together eggs and Greek yogurt.

2. Prepare egg bite mold with cooking spray.

3. Divide bacon, broccoli, mushrooms and cheese among the seven molds.

4. Pour egg mixture evenly into the molds.

5. Pour 1½ cups of water into pressure cooker and place covered egg mold tray in pressure cooker.

6. Pressure cook for 6 minutes. Natural release for 5 minutes.
