1 lb red grapes
1 lb green grapes
8 oz cream cheese
½ c. sugar
8 oz. sour cream
1 Tbsp vanilla
1 cup brown sugar
¾ cup chopped pecans (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Stem the grapes, wash and set aside.

The order of these next steps is important, if you try to mix all at once, it will be lumpy 1. Cream the sugar and cream cheese together.
2. In a separate bowl, mix the vanilla and sour cream together.
3. Combine the sugar/cream cheese with the vanilla/sour cream and then mix in the grapes.
4. Place into a large bowl and sprinkle the brown sugar over the grape mixture. Sprinkle on the nuts if desired. Do not mix in the sugar/nuts. Let it sit on top.
5. Chill overnight and serve.
