1 lb. GF penne or macaroni
3 c. shredded cheddar
3 c. shredded Monterey Jack
4 eggs
2 cans evaporated milk
3 c. milk or water
2 1/2 t. seasoned salt
1/4 t. pepper
dashes of dry mustard
dashes of paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Mix pasta and 4 c. cheese in greased 4 qt. or larger slow cooker. Mix rest of ingredients (except cheese for topping) and pour in. Sprinkle with 2 c. cheese. Cook on low 4 hours.
