1 bottle Rosé wine
1/2 c peach liqueur
1 c peach juice
1/3 c simple syrup
3 sliced peaches
1 c sliced strawberries and/or raspberries
1 L ginger ale (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
In a carafe or pitcher, combine wine, liqueur, and juice. To make simple syrup, combine 1/2 c granulated sugar and 1/2 c water in small saucepan. Bring to a boil and stir until sugar has dissolved. Let chill. Add simple syrup and sliced fruit. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

Great summer party or happy hour addition! Best served chilled over ice. To make it fizzy, add a liter of ginger ale before serving.
