½ c margarine (or shortening)
1 c sugar
2 c flour
1 t baking powder
1 t baking soda
1 t cinnamon
1 t vanilla
1 c pumpkin puree

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together butter and sugar. Add dry ingredients and mix to combine. Add vanilla and pumpkin puree. Dip by spoonful on greased baking sheet 2" apart. Bake 10-12 minutes at 375º.
