1 lb butter, softened
2 lb creamy peanut butter
3 lb powdered sugar

Directions:

Combine ingredients and roll into balls. insert toothpicks in each and freeze 2-3 minutes. Remove and dip in melting chocolate (or melted chocolate chips) leaving a thumb-sized area undipped around the toothpick to resemble a buckeye. Remove toothpicks and cover the whole by smoothing the peanut butter mixture.
