1 pint blackberries
1 pint raspberries
4 apples
½ c sugar
1 c Splenda
2 T lemon juice
3 T flour

Crust:
½ c cubed frozen butter
1⅛ c flour
½ t salt
4-5 T cold water
*Makes 1 crust

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all filling ingredients in a saucepan and cook on low until starting to thicken then cool.

Pulse butter, flour, and salt in food processor 15-20 times. Add water and pulse 15-20 times more. Roll dough into a disc and freeze for 1 hour. Roll out for bottom crust. Repeat this recipe for the top crust. Flute top crust, brush with milk and sprinkle with Demarara sugar. Bake for 35-40 minutes at 350º fan OR 40-50 minutes at 375º in a conventional oven.
