2 c creamy peanut butter
1 c unsalted butter, at room temp
4 c powdered sugar
1 T vanilla
½ t salt
¼ - ½ c milk or heavy cream

Directions:
Directions:
With a mixer, combine peanut butter and butter until thoroughly combined. Add in powdered sugar, a bit at a time. Add vanilla and salt and continue to mix. Add heavy cream, 1 T at a time to desired consistency, and then mix until light and fluffy.

Err on the side of too thick...it can be thinned later when ready to use

Store in refrigerator.

Enough for 24 cupcakes, a layer cake, or a 9x13 cake.
