1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
1/4 cup flour, almond flour is yummy!
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and Pepper
1 egg, beaten
1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
2 chicken breasts (I cut into 3 pieces each)
1 Tablespoon milk

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cheese, flour and seasonings. Dip chicken pieces in combined egg and milk. Then dip chicken in flour mixture or place flour mixture in a bag and shake the chicken in the bag to coat.

Place chicken in baking dish and drizzle melted butter/margarine on top. Bake at 350º for 1 hour (no more than 1 hour for boneless breasts).
