2 8 oz. package cream cheese (at room temperature)
2 Tbsp chopped onion
¼ c. chopped green bell pepper
1 small jar pimento (drained and chopped)
1 tsp salt or seasoned salt (can be left out)
1 c. chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients well, except pecans. Refrigerate for 15 minutes before forming into ball. Form into ball, and roll in the chopped pecans. Chill until ready to serve.
