12-16 oz. frozen chopped onions (3 to 4 cups)
24 oz. softened cream cheese
2 cups Parmesan cheese
½ cup mayonnaise (not Miracle Whip!)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Thaw onions. Squeeze excess moisture out of them. (I cut small hole in bag and squeeze the bag to drain. Really try to get them as dry as possible.)
2. Stir together onions, cheeses, and mayonnaise until combined. Transfer to a shallow souffle dish.
3. Bake at 425º F for 15 minutes or until golden brown on top. Serve with wide Scoop Fritos.

I got this recipe from a caterer. It is ALWAYS a hit when I serve it. It never tastes the same if you don't serve it with Fritos.
