6 Bone-in pork loin chops (1 inch thick)
1/2 C brown sugar
1/2 C Italian salad dressing
1/4 C pineapple juice
3 T soy sauce
1 Can sliced pineapple

Directions:
Directions:
Combine brown sugar, salad dressing, pineapple juice and soy sauce. Pour 2/3 cup into large resealable plastic bag. Add pork chops. Seal and turn to coat. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight. Refrigerate remaining marinade.
Drain and discard marinade from chops. Grill over medium heat for 4-8 minutes each side. Or until reach 145 º
Remove from heat and keep warm. Place pineapple slices on grill. Baste with remaining marinade. Grill 2-3 min on each side. Let meat stand 5 min. Place pineapple slices on each chop.
