1 (8oz.) cream cheese softened
½ cup whipping cream
1 tsp. vanilla
⅓ cup powdered sugar
1 pkg. graham crackers, broken in squares
2 cups sliced strawberries
½ cup shredded coconut, toasted
chocolate sauce for drizzling
Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl using a hand mixer, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Slowly add in heavy whipping cream, vanilla, and powdered sugar and whip until creamy. Arrange graham cracker squares on a plate, and top with dollops of cream cheese mixture. Top with strawberries, coconut, and drizzle with chocolate syrup.
