1 small jar of Cheese Wiz
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup rice (uncooked)
1 cup water
½ cup chopped celery
½ cup chopped onion
6 tbsp salted margarine

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a skillet, sauce the onions and celery in the margarine.
2. Add the cheese wiz, mushrooms soup, rice, water and sautéed onions and celery to a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
3. Bake at 350º for 1 hour or until the rice is cooked.

NOTE: If it is taking the rice a long time to cook, you can bump up the temperature of the oven to help the rice finish cooking.
