1 lb. Oreo cookies, crushed
2 cups powdered sugar
1½ cups evaporated milk
⅔ cup chocolate chips
1 cup butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1½ cups Spanish peanuts
½ gallon vanilla ice cream, softened

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together powdered sugar, evaporated milk, chocolate chips, and ½ cup butter in saucepan. Stir constantly until it boils, 8 minutes. Add vanilla. Cool. Crush Oreos. Add ½ cup melted butter. Spread in 9 x 13 pan. Cover Oreo crust with Spanish peanuts. Spread softened ice cream over peanuts. Pour chocolate mixture on top of ice cream and freeze.

Instead of using an Oreo with butter crust, you can use a Brownie crust.
Brownie:
1 pkg. family size Fudge Brownie mix
1/2 cup very hot water
1/2 cup oil
1 egg.
Beat by hand. Spread in 9 x 13 greased pan and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Do not over-bake. Cool completely and cover with peanuts, ice cream and chocolate mixture.
