3/4 c. scalded milk
1/3 c. Sugar
1 tsp salt
1/3 c. Butter
1/2 c. Very warm water
2 pkg dry yeast
3 eggs, beaten
5 1/2 c. Sifted flour or 4 1/2 c. Unsifted flour

Directions:
Directions:
Let the milk cool down to lukewarm. Stir together the sugar, salt
and butter. Measure the very warm water and put in a large bowl.
Sprinkle in the yeast. Stir until dissolved. Add the lukewarm milk
mixture, eggs and flour. Stir until well blended. Cover and chill in
Refrigerator for 2 hours or overnight. Turn out onto a lightly floured
board or counter surface. Shape as desired (rolls, cinnamon rolls
or bread loaf). Bake at 400 for 15-20 minutes depending on what
you made.
