1 c. Butter
1 c. Sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. Vanilla
2 c. Sifted flour
1 c. Crushed plain potato chips (crush in a ziploc bag with rolling pin)
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time,
beating after each one. Add vanilla, beat and blend well.Stir in flour
and fold in potato chips. Drop by rounded teaspoons 2” apart onto
lightly greased baking sheet. Flatten with fork tines. Bake at 350 for
12-15 min. Until golden.
