1 pkg. yellow cake mix
4 tsp. coconut extract or may add some vanilla
1pkg. (4 oz.) vanilla instant pudding mix
1 (20 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip, thawed

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare cake mix as directed on package, stirring in 3 tsp. of flavoring. Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9 baking pan. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely in pan. Prepare pudding mix as directed on package; stirring in remaining tsp. of flavoring. Spread pineapple and pudding over cake. Frost with Cool Whip. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
