Tandoori chicken
1 onion chopped
Tandoori powder to taste
Chicken thighs with skin if possible
Coriander
Sour cream.
Put onions at the bottom of a baking tray, place chicken on top. Cook 15 mins. Remove from oven and pour chicken juices and fat into a jug. Add tandoori powder and pour back over chicken.
Cook 15 mins more. Remove chicken, add cream or sour cram to the onion/juice mixture. Pour over chicken and serve. This also works with almond butter and chilli for a “satay” style instead of tandoori.
