1/3 cup Soy Sauce
1/4 cup Brown Sugar
2 tsp Oyster Sauce
1Tbsp Sesame Oil
2Tbsp Sesame Seeds
1/2 tsp Ground Ginger
1/2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
4 Cloves Mixed Garlic

1-1.5 lbs Sliced Steak, Beef, Chicken

Sauce #1:
1/2 cup Plain BBQ Sauce
2 tsp Rice Vinegar
2 tsp Soy Sauce
2 tsp Oyster Sauce
1 tsp Sesame Oil
1 tsp Ground Ginger

Sauce #2:
Siracha Mayo - 1/2 cup Mayo, 2-4 tsp Siracha Sauce

Other toppings:
Rice, Rice Noodles, Sautéed Cabbage, sesame seeds/green onion if desired.

Directions:
Directions:
Slice your steak, or frozen beef into thin slivers. Or shred chicken.
Mix marinade together, and either cook right away with the meat, or marinade overnight.
The day you cook the meat, cook rice first, then meat, cabbage separately, and noodles last (they take the shortest time).
Mix both sauces separately, and put into squirt bottles if possible.

Order of the platter: rice, noodles, cabbage (or shredded lettuce), meat, two sauces, and sesame seeds/green onion if desired.
